When Did Life Become So Mundane?

Sitting here, I have to wonder when I let things get so... routine. So ordinary. It used to be, I'd wake up and question what kinds of adventures I could have that day. But now, I just sit here and think about when the next time I work is, or what I'd rather do more on my days off: catch up on sleep or clean the apartment? Even my art has reached a point of blandness... I lack inspiration and everything I create is missing the spark that makes it stand out. Things are going well, of course. My life has turned around and I'm climbing back up the slope that I tumbled so far down. But what satisfaction will it hold if I don't have something interesting to turn my attentions to?
